Methodstring: An exact supported HTTP method.
Pathstring: An absolute application route such as /api/graphql.
Summarystring: Human-readable description of the transport route.
MaxBodyBytesint64: Raw body bound with the same semantics as PluginEndpoint.
HandlerPluginEndpointHandler: Trusted compiled transport code.

Unlike PluginEndpoint, a transport is not placed below a plugin namespace. Use it for established protocol locations, not ordinary plugin REST endpoints.
