ridu migrate reset [--database-path <path>] --allow-destructive

Reverse every applied SQLite artifact in exact reverse order.

SQLite only. The path may instead come from RIDU_SQLITE_PATH. Artifact files and checksums remain committed; schema, callbacks, and ledger changes roll back atomically.
